Adi and I did the mural for our friend Joram's pizza place TOWN in Highland Park. They have an incredible Mole pie, Pesto Pie, and Mushroom Rosemary. Great vibes, great food. 

Jacknife has an amazing collection of tapes, vinyl, and used gear like stereos and tape decks. The quality is top notch, and if you can't find something out on the floor, chances are they'll have it in the back. If you see Trevor, tell him I sent you.

This neighborhood is my home. Since I moved here 2 years ago there has been so much improvement in the area. I am walking distance from the art supply store, gourmet beer, korean barbecue, and every major freeway. I am the perfect distance from everything without being in the metropolitan epicenter. The Red Lion Tavern has been a neighborhood tavern in Los Angeles for over fifty years (which is a long time for L.A.), and continues to serve as a landmark for traditional German food, a wide selection of German beer, and cozy Old World atmosphere. Plus the waitresses all wear lederhosen, and it's blocks away from my parents' house.
