This is a really great intimate cocktail bar run by women who won't stand for anything they don't like. If you're too loud, they'll ask you to quieten down. The drinks here are as delicious as the decor, a former antiques store, furniture left in place adding to the speak easy vibe.

Fantastic food in a cozy, intimate restaurant - where you can sit at the bar and see the chefs expertly doing their culinary thing with style and ease.

I stayed here in March 2019 and it was one of the best experiences of my life. The food at atmosphere here is amazing as is the decor and the fact it's right on the beach. If you like to surf - it's a great place to stay to do that - I went surfing every morning and sunset - just hired an inexpensive board and got on those waves - I'm a beginner and it had the perfect waves for my skills or lack thereof. The staff were so friendly and helpful - Literally can not wait to go back!!

Another exquisite restaurant in the old town of Monopoli. Beautiful food and lovely service. I had the prawn tartar and the squid ink pasta with tomatoes, mussels and aubergine - among other bits and it was all very delicious!!

This restaurant has a lot of great reviews and recommendations so we, a party of 9 gave it a try and it did not disappoint! Was very delicious, well prepared and fresh food. The veggie option, which I tried - was banging a tomato sorbet with burrata mousse and zucchini noodles - carpaccio was also next level as was the octopus. It was all so good. I would highly recommend you go if visiting the area.

A very lovely beach club. A lil' on the expensive side.... situated near a great part of the beach, nice loungers, washing facilities as well as excellent service - fresh and deliciously prepared food. They also have a surf/paddleboard centre which has a great instructor and equipment. (ask for Walter) On a week visit I came here twice. To surf when there was surf available and paddleboarding on a calmer sea. Also had lunch and drinks here and had a really great time!

This lovely little restaurant is so charming, visually and also with their service. A family run place, which is really very warm and welcoming. We landed here after travelling from london on automobiles, planes, bus, train and a short walk from Monopoli train station - which I was super grateful for as I had luggage and was hungry, ready for some authentic Italian pasta 🍝 and spaghetti is one of my favourite kinds - so comforting. I went for the homemade option and a simple sauce and it was absolutely perfect 👌🏽 In every way ❤️🙏🏽❤️

Throughout my practice, there is a propensity to capture an exact unit of time: a tear about to drop off a face, a swimmer’s cheek momentarily skimming the water, a point of suspension in a pas de deux. Time is my main interest. I think every artistic medium uses time in a different way. This is reflected in my preference for shooting with analogue film and producing hand-made prints, making each one the product of an intimate, time-consuming process. I like to create feeling in my photographs. Tactile, sensorial and often sensual, my work surges with human connection.
