Clémence Polès is a New York-based creative strategist & marketer. Born in the south of France and raised in Dubai, she graduated from King’s College London with a Masters in International Marketing. Prior to consulting, Clemence was leading the marketing efforts and digital content of tech start-up, Splacer. If you are in need of a moment of solitude, this is the place. On my first visit I was in awe of how time seemed to stand still inside. It has now become a sanctuary from the city when I need the pace of life to slow down.

For oysters & libations. The comprehensive oyster menu changes depending on what they can get that's fresh. If you know anything about oysters or just plain like them, this is without question the spot. Currently my favorite oyster (not always on their menu) is the Skookum.

Seasonal salads, sweet and savory treats, and great coffee. It's probably my most common lunch spot when I work from home and they also offer catering if I'm too nervous to cook but want it to feel homemade.
