Mekelburg's is equal parts hipster bodega, bar and sandwich haven. I always go for the cheese counter, the babka and the late night fried chicken sandwich, which is hands down one of the best I've had in NY. 

It’s a great bookstore with an interesting yet relatable selection of art books 

Cobble Hill Cinemas is a cozy little neighborhood theatre. It has all the charm Brooklyn has to offer, screening new releases as well as selected independent films.

Prints, artist editions and various printed ephemera to buy and to look at. A wonderful place.

I buy gigantic dry-aged steaks and 1.5-inch pork chops here. The staff is really friendly and helpful.
