Delicious coffee and amazing staff 

You enter La Fidelity and will find a very classic Parisian Brasserie, probably almost empty. Maybe one or two people at the bar. In the middle of this place you will find the stairs that go down to the cave. Have fun!

There is something moral to design things that will last for a very long time, for me it is important to visit the modernists. It is always stimulating and joyfull to visit the permanent collection of the Centre Pompidou.

The gallery and bookshop never disappoint a curious mind, but the café is worth the trip alone.

The very first place i've been in Paris.  My first month in the city, i spend over 800€ in this bar (true story) It's simple, warm and friendly, drinks are not so expensive (for Paris...). You can talk with every body, people there are open minded and funny (but only because everybody is drunk)
