Not the most exciting place inside, but a lovely rooftop area which not all that many people seem to know about, 2 mins walk from Old St station. If it's packed then The Red Lion is just up the road.

2 Willow Road designed by Ernő Goldfinger and completed in 1939. It has been managed by the National Trust and is open to the public. Goldfinger lived here with his wife and their children until his death in 1987.

I have just recently finished a project installing a drawing for artist Alan Johnston onto the ceiling of the Tate Britain. The experience, although being somewhat taxing on peoples health with long hours and difficult working conditions was fantastic. The mediative and mind altering drawing practice that Alan has created combined with the enthusiasm of a team of talented individuals has resulted in what can be considered a great work of art. It will be open to the public later this year. 

Favourite walk at night, especially in the summer.  Quite dramatic, very romantic. 

I only made my first visit to Troy Bar fairly recently but it's already become a Friday night regular, and I feel like I've wasted a lot of nights not being here. Caribbean food, 4 Red Stripe for a tenner, an incredible house jazz band and as good an atmosphere as you'll find in the city.
