The most special and charming place to get art supplies and materials. L. Cornelissen & Son shop is an artwork in itself and one of a kind. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and kind and is always a delight to stop by.

As preposterous as this sounds I think there are few ills that can’t be cured by sitting lazily on a stack of rugs in Liberty and allowing the patterns to wash over you in a warm, and slightly itchy, haze. If you don’t believe me try it. The second you step off the main shopping area the sound and lights dim, the rugs beg to be touched, and all your worries seem to disappear.

Melrose and Morgan is a grocery shop and kitchen providing freshly prepared food and artisan products in the heart of Primrose Hill and Hampstead Village.

6a converted a vacant mews warehouse in Bloomsbury into a set of spaces for the storage and display of art for a young art collector. The warehouse is situated in a cobbled mews, adjacent to artist studios, houses, a piano shop and a pub. Book a tour!

One of my favourite places to snoop around is the food market open on a Thursday, Friday and Saturday. It's always bustling with crowds so great for people watching. You can get the best of anything here which is why it's hard to resist spending a small fortune.
