There's nothing better than hanging up a white sheet and shooting in my Garden when the sun's out. This is where I shoot a substantial amount of my work.

It's a members-only library but you might be granted access with a research request. The writer's room is great but there's a few special, hidden corners among the bookshelves to tuck yourself away in.

Bordering the west side of Victoria Park, Regent's Canal serves as a pleasant walking or riding track, particularly on weekends when it's at it's quietest.

Zédel is my absolute favorite restaurant in London. Beside the fact that I love french cuisine, Zédel is aesthetically pleasing, very reasonably priced, is good for any occasion, and of course - delicious. My favorite is the bouillabaisse and a bottle of the Bordeaux Superior.

One of the few remaining bastions of alternative Soho, The Crobar is a metal bar which attracts a friendly crowd and serves a top selection of beer and whisky
