In between soho and covent garden. There ares lots of great independent shops on this street. Dover bookshop, magma, super superficial and Mint to name a few. Also if you want a cheap lunch on your work break Cafe No.1 is amazing. £2.50 jacket potatoes with cheese and beans.

Louise Pomeroy is an illustrator based in London. After graduating from Kingston University’08, Louise has gone on to win a D&AD New Blood award for her book of illustrated shorts ‘I Married a Toyboy Convict’. Recent clients include Random House, No Brow, Super Superficial and Suzuki Motoden.

London / Museum

This is one of the only buildings in London that can lift depression. Each concrete block in the building is hand cast and hand hammered. Certainly the best bannisters in town.

This is over the road from my house and kind of feels like being transported back in time to the goth night I used to go to when I was 15. But much much bigger with much more entertaining outfits, cages, lasers and… BBQ.

Love to visit this place at least once every couple of months, can't afford most of the stuff but at least I can take a picture of myself wearing just for a few seconds this beautiful Comme des Garçons Mickey Mouse Hat!

Set amongst one of my favourite housing estates in London – the Brunswick, Renoir cinema shows art-house films in it's two small but comfortable screens. I come here at least twice a month, and always on my own.
