Great beer selection, good food, and the big screen in their beer garden makes the Abbey Tavern my favourite place in London to watch sport

A great place for an informal lunch or dinner while in East London. It’s one of Nuno Mendes’ projects and it is housed in the impressive Town Hall at Bethnal Green. We filmed with Mendes in his kitchen when the restaurant first launched.

The Design Museum is a museum in Kensington, next to Holland Park, which covers product, industrial, graphic, fashion and architectural design. There is also a nice cafe on the 1st floor with beautiful views of the park.

Stationery, homewares and a few clothes. All simple classics.

There are many quirky book stores in London, but I really love the selection that Daunt Books have, they often have bespoke editions which you won't find in other book stores. Also, the people that work there are so helpful and knowledgable. I can never stop myself from walking in!
