The operators of the Peter Pan bakery make the best donuts I've ever tasted. This place is charming to its core. Decor and presentation: circa 1971 & virtually unchanged since.

If only places can speak...yet they have their own language with their texture, smell, vibe, mood...new york is waking up 

Great film curation, cocktails, and restaurant. They keep the foodservice and theater separate which is great because I get distracted easily.
