Vintage lovers! The Planetarium of Milan, Civico Planetario "Ulrico Hoepli", is a building located at the entrance of Giardini di Porta Venezia. It's a beautiful structure designed by Piero Portaluppi and commissioned by the Italian-Swiss publisher Ulrico Hoepli. Also the interior design is beautiful, there you can find a planetarium which projects and represents the image of the stars and their movements in the sky. The Planetarium also has a library which is a section of the Museum of Natural History, near by. They also organize educational activity concerning astronomy as talks, events and even concerts. 

Cozy ambient inside, but also with tables on the street, Champagne Socialist is a good place to try natural wines from Europe. You can also go there just to buy a bootle (or more, of course) and drink it at home.

Cute cafe designed by Wes Anderson at the Prada Foundation. The interior is in the style of a Milanese bar from the 1950s/60s and has a good selection of sandwiches, coffee and alcoholic drinks.

Nice atmosfere, cool staff, opened from the first time in the morning til late night... Iter is a good choice for breakfast with coffee and brioche (the way Italians call the croissant), working days lunch (the have a fixed menu) and also for drinks - the menu changes seasonally and has always interesting options. Thanks to its location in a small street between the naviglio grande and pavese, the tourists somehow don't find it.

Tiny traditional restaurant with no reservations. Delicious traditional Milanese food, all cooked in their tiny kitchen. Always a queue so arrive early!
